About the project
David Kitchen is a London director, writer, and producer, and this film director website in London is his portfolio. It covers his short film Family Reunion, which won and was shortlisted at film festivals across the UK, and Prisoner of ’89, the first feature film he has written and plans to direct and produce.
The site also presents D&A Productions, a London videography company that offers research, filming, editing, and embedding of video for online marketing.
My work on the site
David’s site runs on WordPress and Elementor and sits on my managed hosting. I keep WordPress and its plugins up to date, watch its security, and keep regular backups of the film pages and downloads.
With a media gallery, showreels, and an investor pack to download, there is plenty on the site worth keeping safe.
What visitors find
Visitors can browse a media gallery and showreels, read David’s story from LAMDA-trained actor and charity fundraising consultant to director, and download the investor pack for the feature film. The short film section gathers press reactions, and the D&A Productions section explains its four stages, from research to embedding.
If you work in film or the arts and need a site that stays safe and up to date, see my hosting and care.
