About the project
Jo Martin is a humanistic therapist accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and this humanistic counsellor website in Weybridge is for adults and adolescents aged 16 and over who want to talk things through. Jo sees clients face to face in Weybridge or remotely by video call or phone.
Jo lists anxiety, bereavement, depression, relationship problems, and neurodiversity among the issues she works with, and her site describes counselling as a space to organise your thoughts and be heard.
My work on the site
Jo’s WordPress and Elementor site is hosted with me. I keep WordPress and its plugins up to date, watch its security, and keep regular backups, so the site is looked after in the background.
What visitors find
The site is short and easy to follow, with pages for About Me, About Counselling, FAQs, Fees and Location, and Contact. Jo invites people to arrange a 15-minute initial chat, and the home page lists the issues she has training and experience in, from anger management to histories of abuse. Her MBACP (Accred) status is shown beneath her name on the home page.
If you’re a counsellor with a site that needs looking after, have a look at my hosting and care.
