Anna offers CBT, humanistic integrative counselling, single session therapy, and walk and talk therapy, and she works with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and grief and loss.

My work on the site

I designed and built the site in WordPress and Elementor. The home page speaks to people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or lost, and it invites them to get in touch for a free 30-minute conversation. Each type of therapy has its own short section, and a Schedule a Session button follows the CBT section.

The site also runs on my managed hosting, with WordPress and plugin updates, security checks, and backups looked after.
