About the project
Hanwell Pottery is a studio in the basement of Hanwell Community Centre in Ealing, and this pottery studio website in Hanwell is for people of all abilities who want to learn hand-building or throwing. The studio has been running since the 1960s and has six wheels and three kilns.
It offers regular sessions, taster sessions, and special classes, and it sells gift cards online.
My work on the site
This was an existing WordPress and WooCommerce site, and I updated and improved it. The menu leads to the three kinds of class, gift cards, an info page, a gallery, and contact details.
I also look after the site’s SEO, so it shows up when people search for pottery classes in Hanwell and Ealing.
What visitors find
Visitors can read about regular sessions, taster sessions, and special classes, then buy a gift card through the shop and basket. A gallery and testimonials give a feel for the studio, and a contact page makes it easy to get in touch.
If you run classes or a studio and want local people to find you, have a look at my SEO packages.
