About the project
Online Therapy Services, run as OTS Ltd, is a family-run mental health company. This mental health website for UK employers and medico-legal companies explains how it provides clinical assessment and treatment, with clients assessed quickly and placed on the relevant pathway.
The company offers counselling, CBT, medico-legal services, supervision, and public sector healthcare. It presents itself as an EAP provider with more than 30 years of experience, and its stated aim is to help clients return to work and build the skills to support themselves.
My work on the site
I designed and built the site in WordPress and Elementor. The menu gives each service its own page, from counselling and CBT to medico-legal work and supervision, and the home page separates corporate healthcare from public sector healthcare.
The site is hosted on my managed service. I update WordPress and its plugins, monitor security, and keep regular backups.
What visitors find
FAQs, client testimonials, a page for the in-house staff, a resources section, and a contact page. The company says its therapists are accredited with professional organisations such as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the NCS, and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
