About the project
Caroline Ross is an ADHD and health coach for women in midlife, and this ADHD coach website in West London brings together her coaching, her Mamaste Fitness classes, and her workplace talks. She works online through one-to-one and group programmes, and through Mamaste Fitness she trains mothers from pregnancy through perimenopause.
Caroline draws on an earlier career in media, financial services, and the third sector.
My work on the site
I designed and built the site in WordPress and Elementor. The menu separates ADHD coaching, Mamaste Fitness, and workplace talks, and the home page gives fitness, coaching, and workplace a block each, with a Book a call button in the header.
I also look after the site’s SEO, so it shows up when people search for ADHD coaching for women or for mothers’ fitness classes in West London. The site runs on my managed hosting, so WordPress and its plugins stay up to date, security is watched, and backups are kept regularly.
What visitors find
Visitors can book a call, see upcoming talks and an outdoor fitness class in Chiswick under Latest News, read the ADHD and fitness FAQs, browse the blog, and follow an Instagram feed. Google reviews from Caroline’s clients appear on the home page, and there is a newsletter sign-up.
If you’re a coach who needs a website and the SEO to go with it, have a look at my websites for therapists.
