About the project
The Tech Angel offers IT support and business technology services at clients’ homes and workplaces, in person or by remote access. This IT support website is for households and businesses who want help from someone with 20 years of experience solving IT problems.
The list of services is long, from help desk support, password management, and network security to Microsoft 365, Wi-Fi, VoIP phone systems, and mobile device management. The site has to set all of that out clearly and make it easy to book help.
My work on the IT support website
I rebuilt the site in WordPress and Elementor and made booking the centre of it. Separate buttons for new and existing clients lead to the right booking option, and a contact form on the home page handles quick questions.
I keep updating the site as the services and charges change.
What visitors find
A simple menu of Home, About, Book, Charges, FAQs, and Contact, and the full list of services on the home page. The footer links to the No Fix, No Fee policy, the GDPR and privacy policies, and the terms of service.
