About the project
Judith Knight has spent 30 years working in HR, people, and organisational development, and this HR consultancy website is for organisations that want a fresh look at their systems and practices. She has worked across the voluntary, charity, local government, faith, and retail sectors.
Judith helps with everything from practical research and stakeholder engagement to change, governance, employment, and volunteer processes. She can take on a project, help unpick a problem, or support a longer-term plan.
My work on the HR consultancy website
The site needed a stronger technical base first, so I moved it onto my managed hosting and improved its speed and security. I now keep WordPress and its plugins up to date and back the site up regularly.
With that in place, I started work on the site’s SEO, so it shows up when organisations look for bespoke HR support.
What visitors find
A short, clear site with pages for About me, Services, and Contact. The home page sets out Judith’s approaches and activities, and the values her work rests on: professionalism and integrity, relationship and partnership, and an understanding of people and culture.
It closes with her aim for organisations to be safe, professional workplaces where teams are resilient and inclusive, and people thrive.
