About the project
Financial Health Club was founded by Martin MacLeod, a former stockbroker and Chartered Financial Planner who worked at Barclays, Axa, and Schroders Wealth. This investing course website is for complete beginners who want to understand the stock market and feel more confident with their money.
Martin runs a six-week live Beginners Investing Course, a free email course, and one-to-one financial and wealth coaching. So the site has several jobs at once: selling courses, booking calls, and building an email list.
My work on the investing course website
I update and improve the existing WordPress site, and I’ve helped Martin build landing pages for new courses and offers.
I also look after the site’s SEO, so his course and coaching pages show up when beginners search for help with investing.
The site runs on my managed hosting, and I’ve done a fair amount of work on its Cloudflare set-up, alongside WordPress updates, security checks, and backups.
What visitors find
A sign-up for the free email course, a free money toolkit, testimonials from past students and coaching clients, and a detailed FAQ about the course.
A Stories section shares case studies and articles on saving, investing, and money mindset. A clear disclaimer explains that the course is education, not regulated financial advice.
