About the project
Tejas Kotecha spent 20 years at Sky News and Sky Sports, and he now teaches communication skills to leaders and teams. This communication training website in London is for HR and learning and development directors, senior leadership teams, line managers, and founders who want their people to communicate better under pressure.
The training includes a one-day CPD accredited programme, shorter group workshops, 1-to-1 presentation training, media training, and workshops on inclusive communication for employee resource groups.
My work on the site
I designed and built the site in WordPress and Elementor. Each service gets its own section on the home page, with a button to book a 30-minute consultation, see workshop options, or download the free guide.
I look after the site’s SEO, so it shows up when people search for communication training and public speaking coaching in London.
The site is hosted with me, and the footer notes that I maintain it. WordPress and plugin updates, security monitoring, and regular backups are all part of that.
What visitors find
Video from Tejas’s broadcasting career, a free A-Z guide to communication skills, a Communication Insights blog, and testimonials from colleagues and clients. The home page also explains his Trolley Problem Framework, a group discussion exercise used to show how teams communicate under pressure.
