About the project
I Am Fine Wellbeing is the therapy practice of Helein Treuhaft, and this therapist website in London also serves clients in West Sussex. Helein offers individual, couples and group therapy in London, Chichester and Bognor Regis, and the site also covers adoption and training.
She describes therapy as a process of exploration that helps people understand their patterns, and she offers a free 20-minute consultation.
My work on the site
I designed and built the site in WordPress and Elementor. Its menu is short, with Welcome, Helein Treuhaft, Therapy, Adoption, Training, FAQ and Contact, and the home page introduces Helein by name before moving on to counselling and the kinds of therapy she offers.
I also host the site. WordPress and its plugins are updated, security is monitored and backups are taken regularly.
What visitors find
Descriptions of individual, couples and group therapy, a FAQ page, and a Send message button for asking about the free consultation, alongside a phone number and email address. Helein is a BACP member and UKCP registered therapist, meaning the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the UK Council for Psychotherapy.
