About the project
Turning Tables is a leadership and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) consultancy, and this EDI consultancy website explains how it works with organisations. The team supports employers who want a fairer, more inclusive, and more diverse workplace culture, and who want new ways to engage their employees, customers, and stakeholders.
The home page describes strengths in design, facilitation, and team coaching, and shows how the consultancy helps leaders agree a strategy built on purpose, values, and culture.
My work on the site
I designed and built the site in WordPress and Elementor. The home page leads with the consultancy’s approach to strategy development, then introduces the team and ends with contact details and an enquiry form.
Hosting is with me as well, so I handle the WordPress and plugin updates, the security monitoring, and the regular backups.
What visitors find
The menu has pages for how Turning Tables helps, an About page, a Meet the Team page, and a Get in Touch page. Visitors can phone, email, or send an enquiry, and they can join the mailing list to hear from the team.
