About the project
Transform Window Film is a family-run business in Wrexham, North Wales, with more than 30 years’ experience fitting window film across the UK and Europe. This window film website in Wrexham is for homeowners and businesses who want to protect, cool, or screen their existing glass without replacing it.
The company offers films for heat reduction, glare, privacy, security, safety, bomb blast protection, and UV filtering, and some can be combined on the same glass.
My work on the window film website
This was one of my first website builds, and my first time building a site for a client. I designed and built it on WordPress.com, with separate pages for architectural film types, home improvements, and conservatories.
I’ve since made updates to the site and worked on its SEO, so it shows up when people search for window film installers.
What visitors find
A clear list of film types with a one-line explanation of each, and a contact form for quotes and questions. The company’s address, phone number, and email sit in the header.
The footer menu leads to a blog and a testimonials page, and the site explains the discounts offered to customers within a few hours’ drive of Wrexham, including Chester, Manchester, and Blackpool.
If you run a specialist installation business and want a site that explains what you do, take a look at my website design.
