About the project
Stella Hockley Property Management looks after rental properties for buy-to-let landlords in London from an office at Putney Bridge. This property management website for London landlords is built around Stella Hockley’s own record, which the site puts at over 25 years in property management, alongside extensive legal training.
The site describes a non-corporate, adaptable, and friendly approach, with an individual service that tends to encourage long-term tenants and smoother relations between landlord and tenant.
My work on the site
I look after the hosting and care of Stella’s WordPress site. It runs on my managed hosting, where I keep WordPress and its plugins up to date, watch its security, and keep regular backups.
What visitors find
Separate sections for landlords and tenants, FAQs, a fees page, and a news section with posts such as one on the landlord and tenant relationship. A client testimonial sits on the home page, which also shows the office address and phone number. The memberships listed are ARLA Propertymark, the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), and The Property Ombudsman (TPO).
