About the project
Michael Kelion has spent more than 30 years in restaurant and leisure property. His restaurant property consultant website sets out how he acts for independents and groups across the UK, including as sole agent for Carluccio’s across its 100 units nationwide.
Michael advises on strategy and locations, sources properties, negotiates terms, and steers deals through to completion. He also handles rent reviews, lease renewals, and valuations, and has experience in funding and buyouts.
My work on the site
I look after the hosting and care of Michael’s WordPress and Elementor site. It runs on my managed hosting, where I keep WordPress and its plugins up to date, watch its security, and keep regular backups, so the technical side is taken care of.
What visitors find
The home page sets out what Michael does under two headings, agency and professional work, and says his fees are either fixed or on a scale. It lists the kinds of operators he has acted for, from Irish pubs and Thai communal dining to quick-serve pancakes, and ends with his contact details and a link to LinkedIn.
