About the project
ISD Services Co-operative helps charities, voluntary and community groups, co-operatives, social enterprises, and micro-businesses with information management, reporting, and funding strategy, drawing on more than 35 years of experience. Steve Belsey is my client contact there, and this third sector consultancy website explains what the co-operative offers and how to ask for help.
Its services include free information management health-checks, a bid checking service, and workshops, events, and training days.
My work on the site
I designed and built the site in WordPress and Elementor. The home page puts a request a call back button near the top and gives the bid checking service its own section, which sets out the five criteria used to give feedback on a funding bid.
I host the site too. I keep WordPress and its plugins up to date, watch its security, and keep regular backups.
What visitors find
Visitors can read about areas of work such as contact management systems, information audits, and planning for reorganisation. There are sections on budgeting and training for organisations, a latest news blog, testimonials, and a form for a free initial diagnostic or a call back. The co-operative also invites freelance fundraisers to join the Fundraising Strategies Network.
