About the project
Dave Ginn offers face-to-face counselling for adults from a private room in Shenfield, near Brentwood in Essex, and this counsellor website in Shenfield is written for people who are used to coping and putting others first. He also sees clients online across the UK, and he starts with a free 20-minute call.
The site tells visitors about his background too, including his earlier career in business and senior leadership, his hospice bereavement experience, and his training in person-centred counselling and Gestalt psychotherapy.
My work on the site
I designed and built the site in WordPress and Elementor. The home page opens with an Arrange your free call button, then speaks to the pressures people bring, and gives each area its own page: men, bereavement, work stress and burnout, relationship difficulties, and anxiety and overthinking.
I host the site too, which means I take care of WordPress and plugin updates, security, and regular backups.
What visitors find
A blog, a section on what it may be like to work with Dave, and details of weekly 50-minute sessions in person or online, with a limited number of concessionary places. A free introductory call lets visitors ask questions before they decide.
