Learn how to perform CPR

29 May @ 12:30 pm - 1:15 pm

Learn how to perform CPR 1
Only 1 in 10 people survive a cardiac arrest out-of-hospital. Colette Ball shows how just a little bit of CPR training can save a life.

Colette Ball from No1 First Aid Instructors is passionate about teaching simple life support skills to everyone and believes it should be up there with learning to swim or ride a bike, it’s certainly easier!

Only 1 in 10 people survive a cardiac arrest out-of-hospital because we are not good at bystander CPR. A little bit of CPR training goes a long way – it gives you the confidence to act quickly and effectively in an emergency and not worry about causing harm. The chance of survival can be increased 3 fold by the immediate provision of bystander CPR Knowing these simple steps stops panic and saves lives.
